It is December of 2022. We are feeding hay to the cows. We put out 2 round bales every week to keep the cows fed. This feeds 10 cows. Whatever hay that is left on the ground after the cows finish eating the whole bale of hay, we rake up and take it to the pig pens. The pigs love it! Besides eating the hay, the farm animals use it as bedding to keep warm at night.
